Job Title : Product Manager(Lubricant oil)_C/BJ Company : Multinational chemical company Location : Seoul Date : ASAP Responsibility: -Responsible for product management of oil business for Korean market with AP, KR sales team -Work with sales team to achieve annual sales plan, to develop and implement customer business plan -Work with marketing team to understand the market and influence the industry or customers via effectively implemented communication plan -Lead product positioning activities in support of customer & OEM business plans and ensure effective pricing strategy implementation in accordance to principals of mix management -Understand/communicate product and performance requirements from specific customers, as well as the whole market, and work with the Project & Technology Managers to develop solutions to effectively meet the demands. -Provide training and presentation to sales, strategic customers and other key industry stakeholder (eg. OEMs); -Lead and support Project Managers to provide technical services to sales and customers -Identify major market trends, collect competitive intelligence and feed these into our product development, technology and business plans REQUIREMENTS -University Bachelor degree; Chemistry, Chemical engineering, mechanical engineering degree -At least 5 years’ experience in lubricants industry either commercial or technical -Strategic thinker and good listener and communicator; -Good command of English in written and oral communication; -Have global perspective;
