Job Title : Quality Manager Company : Multinational chemical company Location : Chungbook Date : ASAP Responsibilities -Implementing the Quality Management System in order to obtain ISO 9001 Certification, - Leading Continuous Quality Improvement for the production site, - Leading the site teams to implement/pass QPA (Quality Process Audit) and Assessment by Customers, - Providing QC methods and documentation to guarantee the excellence of products delivered to customers, final product quality validation, MRB, - Managing the QC team and lab, including people management and budget planning, - Providing the methodology and framework to manufacturing team for effective process control (Control plan, OCAP, Control chart, SPC, SOP), -Implementing systematic data collection in Production and deployment of “statistical analysis” tools and methods, - Leading the Product Qualification Review Board for Korean manufacturing related topics (qualifications milestones for new products and process change), - Investigating root causes related to Customer complains and drive corrective actions (8D), - Managing supplier quality issues and drive action plans to resolve technical issues, & - Developing relationships with local Partners and Test Labs for outsourced QC tests. Skills & Experience Requirements - Minimum 10 years of experience in a High Volume Manufacturing Environment. Experience in Quality Management and Process Engineering preferred, - BS degree in Science / Engineering, - Experience in people management preferred, - Excellent knowledge of ISO9001, - Strong statistical analysis skills, - Familiar with process control and quality tools, MRB, FMEA, 8D, SPC & Control Plan, - Must have excellent interpersonal skills to lead and exercise influence at various levels and functions, - Must be able to lead projects and work independently on multiple projects and support many customers at once while holding to strict schedules and deadlines, - Excellent English verbal and written communications skills are required, & Good IT Skills
