Job Title : Process Engineer (Chemical) Company : Multinational chemical company Location : Chungbook Date : ASAP Responsibilities - Work closely with R&D and application teams to introduce new product and new technology to the production lines, -Support R&D trials in the production lines and carry out repro-runs together with R&Ds and lead commercial production of new products and new technology together with R&D and site teams, -Address the issues of production to stakeholders, and implement the solutions defined/provided to solve the problems, -Responsible for optimization and standardization of process parameters, recipes to obtain optimum productivity and quality, -Implementation of standard production practices and imparting training to the cross functional teams, -Identify critical quality requirements based on applications and establish the process for proper monitoring, inspection etc. and training the teams together with QA manager, -Lead continuous improvement activities to set up the process and production for high end transparent conductive optical films) suitable for various applications like Display, Touch screen, Antenna etc., -Define and propose required process and projects to optimize the productivity, quality, cost and capacity, and implement with concerned teams, &Analyze and monitor customer requirements, and provide support and report to concerned teams. Skills & Experience Requirements -Minimum 5 years of experience. Film manufacturing or coating process preferred. -BS degree in Material Science, Mechanical, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering required, or equivalent work experience required, -Must have excellent interpersonal skills to lead and exercise influence at various levels and functions, -Must be able to lead projects and work independently on multiple projects and support many customers at once while holding to strict schedules and deadlines, -Excellent English verbal and written communications skills are required, & Good IT Skills
