Job Title : Engineering Manager Company : Multinational chemical company Location : Chungbook Date : ASAP Responsibilities -Train and encourage engineers and subordinates to improve their engineering knowledge, skills and technical expertise as well as safety & hygiene awareness along career planning, -Work through good collaboration with factory management team and local authorities to ensure factory and environmental safety, -Manage utilities and industrial operation optimally by organizing task force team to tackle energy and costs savings, -Control and update the engineering administration such as technical standards and documents, correspondence notes and catalogues in accordance with company security control, instructions and confidentiality guidelines, -Manage technical store by optimizing and handling inventory accurately, and utilizing equipment under proper guideline, -Explore new technology & equipment in order to improve plant operation, running costs, quality and maintenance, and implement with relevant teams, &Coordinate and implement ERP system with engineering best practices. Skills & Experience Requirements -Minimum 10 years of work experience in engineering & maintenance field. Chemical process, film manufacturing or coating process preferred. -BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering required, or equivalent work experience required. -Must have excellent interpersonal skills to lead and exercise influence at various levels and functions, -Must be able to lead projects and work independently on multiple projects and support many customers at once while holding to strict schedules and deadlines, -Excellent English verbal and written communications skills are required, & Trained in CAD.
