Job Title : Field application engineer (Conductive film) Company : Multinational chemical company Location : Seoul Date : ASAP Responsibilities -Consult with potential customers on the proper use and application of transparent conductive film products and solutions. Understand the customer’s validation process for new technology and products which may include lab and field testing, -Be responsible for overall creation of product designs for proposition to the customer or end customer as well as of the supply chain to provide developing products to the customer or end customer, -Work closely with sales, marketing and R&D teams to identify customers specific point problems, and develop the technical solutions using the resource of the Company. Be responsible for providing technical knowledge and solutions to the sales, marketing, R&D, distributors, direct customers and end customers, -Provide customers with product information in effort to convince the customer to select the Company’s products, -Make sure that the Company’s products and solutions meet the customer's needs and that the customer is satisfied with the performance of the product; safety, functionality, and customer application needs are met as products evolve, & Propose new product ideas that derived from the daily conversations with sales, marketing, and customers. Skills & Experience Requirements -BS or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Related Field, -Minimum 5 Years, preferably more than 7 years, in Display(LCD, OLED, Touch Panel, ITO or non-ITO Transparent Conductive Film, etc.), Mobile & Tablet, or Consumer electronics industry, Deep R&D, engineering or B2B sales & marketing experience in Display, Mobile & Tablet or Consumer Electronics industry, -Relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with potential customers, which lead to new business, -Must be able to lead projects and work independently on multiple projects and support many customers at once while holding to strict schedules and deadlines, -Collaborative skills enabling to work effectively with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and sales, & good English communication skill (oral and written).
