Job Title : Lab Manager (Chemical) Company : Multinational Chemical Company Location : Kyunggi Date : Job Description -Manage and handle lab testing/processing equipment and supervise the lab technicians. -Contribute the product development/modification by communicating with R&D HQ -Technical support for customer projects ; technical seminar/discussion with customers, trouble shooting etc. -Control and supervise the quality of products by clients and vendors -Manage required resources, e.g. technical facilities, FTEs and global resources -Human resources planning (quantitative and qualitative) in Technical Center -Set targets and control the allocated units’ total cost (cost center/project budget); adherence to target -Identify potential new business through innovative products/application development *Qualifications -Above PhD Degree in related chemical/polymer science -About 10-20 years R&D experience together with technical supports & trouble shooting in electronic materials -Experience with customers and key accounts preferred -Strong communication skills and self motivated -Flexibility, especially with regards to travel, is essential -Proficiency in business English is highly required(must)
