Job Title : Senior Optical Program Leader (Optical electronic material) Company : Multinational chemical company Location : Seoul Date : ASAP Responsibility: -Responsible for developing and executing all technical marketing strategies within global Optical Electronic Materials Business. -Development of standard data packages, optical market and product roadmaps, and sales tools, as well as presence in markets of importance both on-line and in print and trade shows -Industry knowledge on main target applications in optical programs, LCD and OLED being used as Automotive Display and other consumer electronics such as TV/Monitor/Tablets & Notebook PCs, Handheld devices and e-board. Requirement: -B.S. Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred. -Strong cross-functional leadership skill who can inspire teamwork and drive change -Proven ability to develop and execute on strategies generating positive results -Prefer “> 5 years” of marketing or commercial experience in an Electronics Materials Field. -High-energy, self-motivated personality driven to succeed -Fluency in English (Fluency in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean preferred)
