Requirements:
-Develop and maintain close working relationship at multifunctional levels
within customersĄŻ organization. This often involves interacting with their
key decision maker to ensure long term business involvement
-In cooperation with distributors, formulate and implement near and long
term strategies and plans so as to achieve aggressive revenue and
profitability targets
-Devise and present for approval by regional management on technical
development programs which can lead to future business
-Develop on-going market intelligence and research to provide for the
introduction of new products to lead the market and to keep abreast of
competition
-Conduct a program of on-going reviews to identify and analyze competitorsĄŻ
pricing, products, marketing strategies and technical development programs
-Work in partnership with the technical service engineer to service key
accounts and to also prospect for new accounts
-Ensure that adequate budget is allocated for providing services to maintain
key accounts
-Evaluate and present for approval by management on selective investments in
target accounts to gain dominant supply position
-Support global key account management

Qualification:
-BS degree in Chemistry or related disciplines
-Minimum 5 years experience in sales and marketing in home and personal care
industry. Technical / formulating experience is preferred.
-Good understanding of home and personal care market
-Good oral and written English proficiency.
