Job Title : Lab Center Manager (OLED Device) Company : Multinational OLED material manufacturer Location : Seoul Date : ASAP Responsibility: - Build and bring on line the OLED Device Fabrication and Test Laboratories w with the support of HQ. - Manage the engineering operations at the OLED Device Application Center - Build and manage a team of engineers to run the operations of OLED Device F Fabrication and test in the Application Center. - Manage day-to-day direction of fabrication and testing of test technology t transferred from Headquarters to meet specific local customer requirements - Work in partnership with each of the Senior Technical Account Managers to s support the successful delivery of OLED performance data and fabrication p processes for Korean Customers and local partners. - Perform other duties as may be necessary for the business needs and as d directed by the Employer from time to time - Be responsible for safety measure of laboratory including internal and e external regulation Must: - PhD Degree in Chemical / Polymer Engineering related - Fluent in English & native in Korean (direct communication with HQ) - Required of above 5-10 years of working experience in OLED device performance data test and fabrication processes at display manufacturer - Be familiar with foreign company's working environment - Depth technical knowledge and proven project experiences of OLED device at big display manufacturer (LGD/SDI)
