			Job Description:
 -Negotiate and draft various commercial contracts including but not 
 limited to souring agreement, supply contract, distributor agreement, rebate 
 agreement, lease agreement; continually update contract templates in Korea
 -Participate in the third party (e.g. distributor, agent) due diligence, 
 compliance training, contract preparation and renewal
 -Support and coordinate on transactional projects including corporate 
 reorganizations
 -Manage legal proceedings including litigation and arbitration on 
 commercial disputes, labor, debt collection and government investigations, with 
 or without outside counsel¡¯s services
 -Provide daily legal advice to business team and multiple functions, 
 including HR, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, EHS, Trade Compliance, Product 
 Stewardship, etc.
 -Conduct legal training, coaching, workshops for the business divisions 
 and affiliates
 -Provide legal support for manufacturing sites
 -Support Associate General Counsel on other matters
 -Coordinate with HQ¡¯s global legal team on global strategic initiatives 
 and issues of global impact or significance.

 Additional Details:
  
 -	Korea Bar Admission, overseas law school background is a plus
 -About six (6) years¡¯ experience with multinational corporation and/or 
 multinational law firm in the field of business laws and dispute resolutions
 -Sound business judgment and flexibility to cover a broad range of 
 matters and experience working with business and functional teams
 -Ability to work and communicate efficiently in English and Korean 
 languages
 -Ability and willingness to learn new areas of expertise
 -Understanding of Korean public company filing requirements
 -Good communication skills, commitment to integrity, and passion for 
 excellence
