			Responsibility:
 -Identifies and creates new business opportunities and partnerships focussed on 
 innovation and formulates new ways of doing business by leveraging customer 
 needs. 
 -Creates and understands financial evaluations, business information, cost 
 drivers, pricing models and alternative revenue streams.
 -Takes the lead in managing customer relationships and informs colleagues about 
 market trends, opportunities, and business development initiatives.
 -Ensures regular and efficient reporting of business performance, competitor 
 activities and market developments based on own generated insights.
 
 Qualification:
 -Education-Master¡¯s degree in Management, Logistics, Finance, Economics, 
 -Commercial leadership – Min 10 - 15 years of professional experience in 
 commercial roles in a chemical industry, logistics or similar environment. Has 
 proven experience in consultative selling and managing complex projects in 
 logistics or adjacent businesses. Understands and drives strategic sales in 
 (remote) outside and inside commercial teams in an agile way and with customer 
 intimacy and partnership attitude.
 -Be familiar with the ISO tank container business and pricing strategies
 -Global experience 
 -Has worked abroad and has experience in driving and 
 steering entities within other countries. Has experience in a networked 
 organisation and understands international stakeholder-management. Drives 
 business development internationally.
