- Responsible for transformational growth activities through co-developing and
implementing the Korean Channel strategy, enabling Channel partners & Commercial
Teams to deliver strategic, profitable & sustainable Y/Y growth.
- Lead the effort to significantly grow the revenue & margin we achieve via our
Distribution Channel Partners by engaging with and optimizing the best
Distributors in each of our business segments in Korea.
- Ensure that every Channel partner conducts business in strict compliance with
all local & regional laws and in line with company¡¯s Code of Conduct and
maintain a 100% signed CoC ratio for all Channel Partners (Dealers, Distributors
& Resellers)

-Above Bachelor degree in engineering, business administration, etc.
-10-20 years of B2B commercial experience in a customer facing sales role with
primary client account accountability (Preferred at Chemical channel sales
-Exceptional analytical thinking skills, with the ability to discern data
patterns, uncover anomalies and see the larger picture and strategic long-term
-Strong conversational English-speaking fluency with excellent business
communication style
